Do you ship to my country?

We ship to North America, South America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Some exclusions may apply.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order 5 business days after we receive payment from you.

Shipping Times

1 - 7 business days for domestic shipping.

1 - 3 weeks for international shipping

 

NOTE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RETURNS:

If your order returns back due to bad or incorrect address you will be contacted 3 times and will be required to pay for the reshipping and for providing new address.

If all 3 attempts fail your order will be destroyed with no due recourse.

 

Return Policy

What is the return policy?

We do not offer refunds, but we allow exchanges that are authorized within 14 business days of receiving the package.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. If paying via PAYPAL, please allow 3-4 business days for fund verification before production begins.

Has my order shipped?

Click the My Account at the top of our site to check your orders status.If your order status shows "shipped", then your order is on its way to you!

How do I request a change or cancel an item in my order?

How do I track my order?

Click the Click the My Account  at the top of our site to track your order. Your order status may show "processing" which means it is in production. When your order has shipped, it will show the status as "shipped".

My order never arrived.

Click the My Account at the top of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Tracking numbers are also sometimes sent through a separate email and will not be displayed in “My Account”. In this case, please check your email inbox for the tracking numbers regarding your shipment. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at 1-855-848-5545

An item is missing from my shipment.

Click the Click the My Account  at the top of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Please note that tracking numbers may have been sent to you via email and may NOT be displayed in the “My Account” section. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

*Please note that sometimes orders are shipped partially if an item is on back-order, in this case you will be notified and given the available options.

 

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. In the rare occurrence that an item is on backorder, we will notify you ASAP via email or phone call.

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the state of California.

I have a question on my charges.

Click the My Account link at the top of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the Click the My Account link at the top of our site to print invoices. You may also call customer service at 1-855-848-5545 or email at info@merchmade.com to request a copy to be emailed to you.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s), please refer to the return policy in regards to returns before sending any items back. Refunds are given under special circumstances and returns are normally only accepted for exchange.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of order placement. Please allow 2-3 business days for it to appear on your credit card statement. Charges will appear as Greek Life, Inc DBA MerchMade.
